Job Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field visits & digital channels
Meet architects, builders, contractors & interior designers
Promote BK Deco Mart products and offers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer database & follow-ups
Coordinate with showroom & warehouse team
Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, calls & walk-ins
Support social media promotions & local campaigns
Required Skills:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of building materials/interior products (preferred)
Ability to close deals confidently
Field marketing experience is an advantage
Two-wheeler with license preferred
Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma
1–3 years experience in Sales/Marketing (preferred)
