•       Degree in teaching or in a specialized subject with a certificate in education is preferable but not mandatory

•       Volunteering, punctuality, timely care for students

Freshers with B.Sc., Math degree who has an open mind to learn are also preferred. Those who volunteer themselves and are committed towards their work will be rewarded with bonus as well as increment. For example, Centum givers will be honoured in meeting and cash award will be given. A comfortable work environment with a good learning platform will be provided for passionate learners
