Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin & Telecalling Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves contacting customers, scheduling appointments for sales executives, managing order placements, and maintaining CRM and basic Excel records.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Telecalling
- Contact customer leads and enquiries through phone calls.
- Explain Kudilagam products such as mosquito screens, balcony screens, and blinds.
- Fix appointments between customers and sales executives.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with sales executives for scheduled site visits.
- Follow up with customers after quotation or site visit.
- Maintain proper communication until order confirmation.
Order Management
- Place confirmed orders with suppliers.
- Track order status and update customers when required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customer, sales team, and suppliers.
CRM & Data Management
- Update customer details and lead status in CRM.
- Maintain daily updates in Excel sheets.
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Administrative Support
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized records of customer enquiries and orders.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer usage.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
- Organized and responsible with follow-up tasks.
- PreferredExperience in telecalling / customer support / sales coordination.
- Experience using CRM systems.
