Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin & Telecalling Executive to support our sales operations. The role involves contacting customers, scheduling appointments for sales executives, managing order placements, and maintaining CRM and basic Excel records.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Telecalling

  • Contact customer leads and enquiries through phone calls.
  • Explain Kudilagam products such as mosquito screens, balcony screens, and blinds.
  • Fix appointments between customers and sales executives.

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales executives for scheduled site visits.
  • Follow up with customers after quotation or site visit.
  • Maintain proper communication until order confirmation.

Order Management

  • Place confirmed orders with suppliers.
  • Track order status and update customers when required.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customer, sales team, and suppliers.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update customer details and lead status in CRM.
  • Maintain daily updates in Excel sheets.
  • Track enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with basic office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records of customer enquiries and orders.
  • Required SkillsGood communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer usage.
  • Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
  • Organized and responsible with follow-up tasks.
  • PreferredExperience in telecalling / customer support / sales coordination.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
