Project IT Manager

OverviewThe Project IT Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, vendors, and management.
• Oversee implementation of new systems, software upgrades, and technology integrations.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular project reviews, generate status reports, and communicate updates to management.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues before they escalate.
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, policies, and best practices.
• Facilitate user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when required.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
• Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
• Solid technical knowledge of IT systems, applications, networking, and cloud environments.
