Receptionist / Front Office Executive

We are looking for a multi-tasking Front Desk Executive who can manage retail billing, customer support, and basic clinic coordination in a dynamic medical & e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle retail billing & walk-in customers at the store
• Manage front desk operations and act as store in-charge
• Attend incoming calls from e-commerce customers for order enquiries (training provided)
• Assist patients at our attached Ayurvedic/Siddha clinicMake necessary entries in software
• Issue patient cards and guide them for consultation
• Provide support in overall customer service & coordination

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹12,000 + Incentives (based on sales performance)

Travel Allowance: Up to ₹1,000

ESI & PF: Applicable after 3 months

🎯 RequirementsLanguages: Tamil & English (mandatory), Hindi (preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge for billing
• Good communication & customer handling skills
• Hindi-speaking candidates & prior receptionist experience will be given preference

Someone who is friendly, responsible, and comfortable handling customers both in-store and over phone, with interest in healthcare / Ayurveda environment.
