Designation: Relationship Manager – Gold Loan / Home Loan / LAP
Job Description:
We are hiring Relationship Managers to generate and manage business for Gold Loan, Home Loan, Affordable Mortgage Loan, and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves sourcing customers, explaining loan products, collecting documents, coordinating with internal teams, and closing cases to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate loan business through field work and referrals
• Sell Gold Loan, Home Loan, Affordable Mortgage & LAP products
• Handle customer relationships and follow-ups
• Manage documentation and loan processing coordination
• Ensure timely disbursement and target achievement
Candidate Profile :
• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year in BFSI / Loan Sales
• Age: 21 to 32 Years
• Good communication and sales skills
