Relationship Manager - HL/LAP

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Home Loan and LAP. Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to offer informed investment advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, Home Loan ,LAP,Business Loans,MSME,Mortgage Loans.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide informed investment advice.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an added advantage
