1.      Generate & service small ticket home loan/LAP/Home improvement loan (HIL) leads through various Channels (Direct)…

           Marketing activities in the catchment areas of branches

           Manage branch relationship,generate & service leads referred by microfinance staff in the       

           assigned branch.

          Service the leads assigned by corporate office on regular basis.

2.      Manage collections rhythm for initial 5 days of the month to ensure early bucket collections are cleared through NACH and physical/digital collections for customers who bounce their EMIs.

3.       Customers due diligence on business and collateral before onboarding (File Login).

4.      Maintain the yield and profitability assigned by the organization from time to time.

5.      Cross sell various product offerings of the bank to the customers helping them meet their financial inclusion requirement to improve the quality of life.
