Overall store operations & daily sales management
Handling gold, diamond & silver jewellery stock (inward/outward, tagging, reconciliation)
Managing sales staff, targets, duty rosters & performance
Customer handling, high-value sales & complaint resolution
Billing, cash handling, bank deposits & basic accounts coordination
Gold rate updates, wastage control & making charges supervision
Coordination with workshop, suppliers & auditors
Ensuring security, CCTV, insurance & compliance
Maintaining GST, hallmarking & company policies
Achieving monthly/annual sales targets
