Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend showroom walk-in customers and explain available finance schemes.
- Generate two-wheeler loan applications and ensure complete documentation.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for faster approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealer sales staff to increase finance penetration.
- Follow up with customers for documents, down payment, and loan approval updates.
- Achieve monthly targets for login, approval, and disbursal volumes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and responsible selling standards.
- Provide accurate information about EMI, interest rates, processing fees, and loan terms.
- Track competitor finance schemes and share market updates with the team.
- Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- 📌 Required Skills & Qualifications0–1 years experience in Two-Wheeler Finance / Consumer Loans / Sales (freshers can apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of KYC documents and basic loan process.
- Ability to work with targets and pressure.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, mobile apps).
- Must be self-motivated and customer-friendly.
