Job Description
Job Description for Jewelry Sales Executive:
· Greet customers warmly and identify their needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the perfect jewelry.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for gold, diamond, and Silver Jewelry.
· Daily opening Stock & Closing stock to be taken
· Maintain a database of clients and reach out for birthdays, anniversaries, and new collection launches
· Assist in the daily setup and displays, ensuring all jewelry is cleaned, tagged, and presented neatly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry sales.
- Soft Skills: English knowledge & must have a pleasing personality and grooming.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections and close high-ticket sales.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with jewelry knowledge and basic computer operations
- Availability: Must be comfortable working on weekends and during festive seasons/exhibitions.
- Education: B.com/Arts Degree Completed Candidates
