Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Provide detailed product information including metal purity, weight, pricing, and offers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant buying experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic computer operations.
• Ensure display counters are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Manage stock movement and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and service requests professionally.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Basic product knowledge of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery (training can be provided)
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Pleasant appearance and professional behaviour
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer knowledge
