·   Key Responsibilities:

·       Greet and engage customers warmly, understanding their needs and preferences.

·       Present and explain jewelry products, features, quality, and pricing professionally.

·       Drive sales by suggesting appropriate products and offering alternatives.

·       Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.

·       Maintain a high level of product knowledge on current collections, craftsmanship, and gold/jewelry market trends.

·       Meet and exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets.

·       Assist in stock management, merchandising, and visual display as per company standards.

·       Ensure the security and proper handling of jewelry stock and showroom assets.

·       Manage billing, documentation, and support back-office procedures efficiently.

·       Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service politely and promptly.

·       Participate in promotional events, in-store campaigns, and training programs organized by the company.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma or Graduation in any field preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in retail jewelry or luxury product sales preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil mandatory; English/Hindi added advantage).

Focused on making sales and giving great service to customers.

Pleasant personality with professional grooming.

Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, silver jewelry will be an advantage.
