Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices, as well as strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Consultant:

• Lead the design of scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions based on business needs.

• Define architectural best practices, governance, and data modeling strategies.
  

• Ensure optimal use of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other platform capabilities.

• Guide teams on multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and complex integrations.

Technical Leadership & Development Oversight:

• Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators, and project teams.

• Define coding and deployment best practices, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

• Review and optimize Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), workflows, and automations.

Integration & Data Management:

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with governance policies.

• Lead data migration and cleansing efforts for Salesforce implementations.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy:

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals.

• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

• Lead solutioning workshops, architectural discussions, and system roadmaps.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure security best practices for user roles, permissions, and data access.

• Maintain compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.

• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.

• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

• Proficiency in integration tools (Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools).

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Git).

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex implementations.

Preferred:

• Salesforce certifications (Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or Technical Architect).

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• Knowledge of AI and automation tools within Salesforce (Einstein AI, Flow, RPA).
