Role Overview:
 The Salesforce Technical Solution Architect is responsible for technical design, development leadership, and architectural governance of Salesforce implementations. This role focuses on custom development, complex integrations, and platform optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design technical architecture including Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.

• Define and review coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.

• Lead complex Salesforce integrations with external systems (ERP, legacy apps).

• Architect data migration strategies and large-volume data handling.

• Perform code reviews and technical risk assessments.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions.

• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:

• 7–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Must-Have:

• Apex, LWC, Visualforce

• SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs

• Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git).

• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and security model.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.

Good - Have:

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA – path preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
