Job Title : Branch Manager – Education / Training Institute

Experience: Minimum 8 years (with team handling experience mandatory)

We are looking for a dynamic, career-driven Branch Manager to lead and coordinate multiple departments at our training institute.

The role involves handling team leaders, driving branch targets, sales training, motivation, and data-based decision making.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and guide department team leaders (Sales, Telecalling, Marketing, Academics, Admin)
• Drive branch targets – walk-ins, admissions, revenue
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews
• Support sales closure & objection handling
• Motivate team leaders and team members to achieve targets
• Analyze performance data and take corrective actions
• Ensure discipline, reporting accuracy, and execution
• Coordinate with other branches and central teams
• Support recruitment and onboarding of team members
