Job Description – Senior Production Officer

Division: Concretia - Fly Ash Bricks Division

Position Title: Senior Production Officer 

Products: Fly Ash Bricks, Cement Blocks, Paver Blocks and AAC blocks.

Purpose of the Role

To manage a Fly Ash Brick Manufacturing Unit

 Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations.

 Ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted daily production.

 Maintain consistent product quality standards.

 Drive higher productivity with controlled costs.

 Optimise utilisation of manpower, machinery, materials, and logistics.

Qualification 

 Any Degree/Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Production 

Engineering 

 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing / concrete products / plant operations 

 Strong knowledge of production systems and logistics coordination

Preferrable Candidates: 

 Experience – 5 to 10 years in Production department. 

 Age – Above 35
