A Cosmetic Promoter is responsible for promoting beauty and skincare products, engaging customers, and driving sales at retail outlets. The role involves demonstrating products, providing personalized beauty advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell cosmetic and skincare products to customers

Demonstrate product usage, features, and benefits

Provide personalized beauty consultations based on customer needs

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases

Stay updated on product knowledge, new launches, and beauty trends

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain stock levels and coordinate with store staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4–9 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty retail, or FMCG sales

Good knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality

Basic sales and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Educational Qualification

Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

Certification in beauty/cosmetology is an added advantage
