🔵 Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-focused Social Media Manager to grow Cloudynest’s online presence. This role requires someone who can handle content, design coordination, ad campaigns, and community engagement with speed and accuracy.

🟣 Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & PlanningCreate monthly content calendar for all platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Develop creative post ideas aligned with Cloudynest branding & business goals.
• Work closely with designers for creatives, videos, and reels.

2. Social Media ExecutionPublish posts consistently across platforms.

• Write attractive captions, headlines, and hashtags.
• Manage story updates, reels, shorts, and carousel posts.

3. Performance & GrowthMonitor metrics: reach, engagement, leads, ad performance.

• Optimize strategies based on analytics and trends.
• Run paid campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.

4. Community ManagementReply to comments, DMs, and client inquiries.

• Build strong audience relationships and handle customer feedback.

5. Branding & Creative CoordinationEnsure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.

• Suggest new ideas: trending reels, memes, ad copy, campaigns.

6. Competitor & Market ResearchTrack competitor content, advertisements, and industry trends.

• Suggest innovative approaches to stay ahead.

🟡 Skills Required

Strong knowledge of social media platforms & algorithms.

• Basic Canva / design understanding (advanced design not required).
• Good Tamil & English communication skills.
• Understanding of ad campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
• Creativity + consistency + speed.

🟢 Preferred Experience

Experience in printing, advertising, branding, or creative agency (bonus).

• Experience running paid ads.
• Knowledge of influencer outreach.

Salary Range₹12,000 – ₹17,000 (based on skill and performance)
