Soft Skills Trainer

SSL Education is looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer who can develop the communication, behaviour, attitude, and professional skills of employees and students.

The trainer will work closely with counselors, telecallers, faculty, team leaders, and students to improve communication skills, confidence, discipline, personality development, and workplace behaviour.

The goal is to build highly professional employees and confident students who represent SSL Education’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Soft Skills Training for Employees. Conduct regular training sessions for employees such as:

• Counselors
• Telecallers
• Marketing Executives
• Team Leaders
• Front Office Staff

Training topics include:

• Communication skills

• Customer handling
• Handling difficult situations
• Confidence building
• Attitude and mindset
• Team collaboration
• Time discipline

2. Student Personality Development TrainingTrain students in:

• Spoken communication

• Presentation skills
• Professional behaviour

3. Behavioural Improvement ProgramsDesign and conduct programs to improve:

4. Training Program DesignCreate structured training modules including:

• Training materials
• Activities and role plays
• Case studies

Provide improvement plans for employees and students.
