Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities

Skills:

• Sound knowledge and experience in C++,VC++,MFC and ATL,.NET framework
• Must have good hands on experience in application design, DB design and SQL-Stored Procedures
• Must have experience translating requirements to a design
• Must be familiar with OO Analysis, Design process and UML
• Create robust automated unit and integration tests to test the code(NUnit).
• Must have good hands on OOPS concept and C++ language will be added advantage.
• Must be able to quickly understand the existing design and code based on the design. Experience in handling legacy code base is an advantage.
• Must be able to understand the product CTQ, use cases & requirements and participate in architecture and design discussions
• Must be able to negotiate on better techniques & approaches with other stakeholders
• Must have worked on product development life cycle and actively involved from requirements to delivery
• Must be able to appreciate a problem from business and customer/user point of view and provide solution approaches
• Must have prior product development experience & must have a product ownership mindset
• Must guide and mentor team to create re-usable & optimized code
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be a good team player and able to communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
• Should be proficient in Atlassian Tools like Bamboo, Git, JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of any Configuration Management System such as Perforce, Git etc would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge on Honeywell security product would be an added advantage.
  

YOU MUST HAVE

• B.E / B. Tech in Computer Science/ECE/EEE or M.E/M. Tech equivalent
• 3-6 relevant years of experience
