About Us:

Kaaba Grand is a reputed textile brand in Madurai, known for quality garments and customer trust. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our sales team to success. This role offers the opportunity to grow into senior operations and administrative positions within a fast‑expanding textile showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
• Manage billing, stock, cash handling and inventory efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive visual merchandising
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor sales performance and prepare daily reports

Requirements:

• Prior experience in textile or retail supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (billing & cash handling & inventory systems)
• Ability to handle a team in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in clothing or fabric retail
• Good knowledge of textile materials and current trends

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience)
