Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome every customer with a pleasant smile and courteous attitude.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right counter or executive.
• Maintain the customer waiting area in a professional and organized manner.
• Record walk-in details and share daily customer footfall reports.
• Support customers with product or service information when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Handle basic customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain showroom ambiance and follow grooming standards as per company policy.

Assist during promotional or festive events to manage customer experience.
