Telecalling Executive

A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers using given data

Handle inbound calls politely and professionally

Explain company products / services / offers clearly

Generate leads, appointments, or sales

Follow up with interested customers

Answer customer queries and objections

Maintain call records and customer details

Achieve daily / weekly call targets

Coordinate with the sales or support team

Maintain proper telephone etiquette

🔹 Skills Required

Good communication skills (English / Tamil / local language)

Ability to convince and negotiate

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM – if any)

Patience and positive attitude

Listening skills
