Telecaller
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Convert prospects to confirm customers.
- Should make calls regularly to leads for better conversion.
- Should be able to understand the leads need and pitch accordingly.
- Should be good with profiling the customers and fix appointments.
- Should do timely follow up with all prospects.
- Should coordinate with other team members to have better conversion from leads to sales.
- Should understand all the company products.
- Should understand the new market trends and share with the supervisor.
