Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive – Banking Loans & Credit Cards


Department: Sales / Telemarketing


Location: Coimbatore


Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader


Job Summary:


The Telecalling Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling banking loan products (personal, business, home loans) and credit cards over the phone. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining product features, assessing eligibility, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for loans and credit card sales.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.

• Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, or references.

• Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily reports.

• Coordinate with backend and verification teams for loan/credit card processing.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customers.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Experience in telecalling / telesales / banking / finance preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English / local language).

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
