Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions or packages.
- Maintain accurate customer database and follow up on leads regularly.
- Convert qualified leads into sales or appointments.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure proper follow-up.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize call scripts and pitch strategies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp or email follow-ups when required.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports to the manager.
- Required Skills:Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages preferred).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good listening and problem-solving ability.
