Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident telesales executive to promote and sell our home automation products such as smart switches, smart locks, CCTV, and automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain Imara Automations products and services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for the field sales team
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Fix appointments for site visits and product demos
- Handle customer queries and provide basic technical info
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets
