🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Telesales Executive to manage inbound and outbound travel enquiries, convert leads into bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and provide extended support when business demands.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and CRM leads related to holiday packages
- Understand customer requirements (destination, budget, travel dates, pax)
- Recommend suitable travel packages and custom itineraries
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and offers clearly
- Perform regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for booking closure
- Update and maintain CRM with accurate customer details
- Achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
