Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Needs Analysis (TNA):
Identify skill gaps across departments (sales, customer service, operations, etc.).
Develop training plans aligned with organizational goals.
Program Design & Delivery:
Design and deliver training modules on product knowledge (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, etc.), sales techniques, and customer handling skills.
Conduct soft skills training such as communication, grooming & etiquette, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and team collaboration.
Create e-learning content, role plays, workshops, and interactive sessions.
Employee Development:
Develop induction programs for new hires to familiarize them with brand values, culture, and customer service standards.
Mentor employees on professional growth and career development within the organization.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and sales performance indicators.
Continuously improve programs based on employee and business needs.
Collaboration:
Work closely with showroom managers, HR, and department heads to ensure training relevance.
Coordinate with external trainers/consultants when required.
Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of retail jewellery operations and customer expectations.
Expertise in soft skills training (communication, interpersonal skills, grooming, conflict handling).
Knowledge of sales psychology & customer engagement techniques.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to design training materials (manuals, handouts, presentations).
Strong organizational and evaluation skills.
