Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements, budget, and preferences
• Design customized holiday packages (domestic & international)
• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and sightseeing
• Provide accurate information on visa, travel insurance, and documentation
• Prepare professional itineraries, quotations, and cost breakdowns
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and ground operators
• Maintain customer details and booking updates in CRM
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team growth
