Warehouse Executive

Core Roles & Responsibilities1. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Handle stock receipts, storage, and dispatch
• Prevent stock shortages, damage, or overstocking

2. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise loading and unloading of goods
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare delivery challans, GRNs, and stock registers
• Update inventory in ERP or warehouse management systems
• Generate daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports

4. Team Coordination

• Guide warehouse assistants, helpers, and loaders
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with logistics, purchase, and sales teams

5. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure goods meet quality standards before dispatch
• Follow safety rules and warehouse SOPs
• Reduce losses due to damage or mishandling

6. Dispatch & Logistics Support

• Plan and track outbound shipments
• Ensure timely dispatch as per delivery schedules
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers

7. Cost & Efficiency Control

• Minimize wastage and handling time
• Improve space utilization and workflow efficiency
• Skills Required Knowledge of inventory systems
• Basic computer and Excel skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to supervise workers and handle pressure
