Senior Executive - Program Management

Job Description: 

1. To evaluate the new projects including costing for the new projects in co-ordination with Site / Business Development teams. 
2. Conduct BRM (Business Review Meetings) & monthly Con-calls with various customers. 
3. To prepare proposals (for new projects) and change orders (for existing projects) in co-ordination with Site. 
4. To do project kick off and responsible for product launches. 
5. Coordination with customers and respective stakeholders to track respective project activities and their completion. 
6. To conduct different meetings / conference calls with customer representatives and Key stakeholders for regular updates regarding project activities. 
7. Preparation and circulation of agenda / minutes for the respective meetings / conference calls with customer representatives and Key stakeholders for project activities. 
8. To support customers and other stake holders for respective requirements in order to meet the project timelines and to have smooth delivery of project. 
9. To co-ordinate with customers and finance department for obtaining approval on Pass-through Cost and Milestone achievements for respective projects. 
10. To co-ordinate with customer centricity team for CSI survey to customer.
11. Ensure to update every project sheet in Smartsheet on daily basis.

Additional Tasks -

1. Compile Monthly MBR slides from concerned stakeholders (EHS, Capital Projects, Formulation Projects, R&D, Quality, Operations, HR)
2. Ensure departmental weekly updates in smart sheet as per inputs from concerned stakeholders
3. Update customer visit calendar in sharepoint for formulation customers (Bayer, etc.)
4. Present formulations project status to business head on bi-weekly basis
