Jio Point Lead ( Dy Manager Sales )

Jio Point Lead manages sales and operations for Jio retail points, focusing on driving revenue/acquisition targets, expanding the sales territory, ensuring excellent customer service, and developing/managing a team of channel partners and staff to maintain operational excellence, stock availability, and market penetration. Key duties include: boosting sales, managing local distribution, training teams, ensuring store hygiene, and hitting specific performance metrics in their assigned area. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue: Drive inbound/outbound customer acquisition and revenue targets, boost market share, and ensure stock levels at retail outlets.
• Channel Management: Expand the sales network, onboard new partners, monitor retail outlet performance, and manage distribution.
• Team Leadership: Monitor, evaluate, train, and manage the productivity of field sales executives and channel partners.
• Operations: Ensure smooth operations, world-class customer experience, maintain hygiene/governance at Jio Points, and manage logistics.
• Market Development: Develop the Jio Point market, promote products, and oversee local market activities.
