Job Description

A Jio Point Sales Lead at Reliance Jio, is responsible for driving channel expansion, monitoring retail outlet performance, and achieving acquisition and revenue targets within a specific territory, including managing Jio Points and ensuring customer experience. 


Here's a more detailed breakdown of the role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Expansion: Drive the expansion of Jio Points (customer sales & service touch points) in the assigned catchment territory.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of retail outlets within the territory, including Jio Points and preferred outlets.
  • Target Achievement: Drive acquisition and revenue targets, both inbound and outbound.
  • Operationalization: Operationalize all Jio Points within a Jio Centre, ensuring smooth operations and customer experience.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a world-class customer experience at Jio Points, focusing on hygiene and governance.
  • Team Management: Monitor and manage the productivity of the team, including training and evaluating channel partners.
