Job Title: Business Acquisition Manager

Functional Title: Client Relationship Associate

Location:Vapi,Jamnagar,Amrawati,Mehsana, Bharuch


Reporting To: Regional Head

Role Summary

The Business Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving the acquisition of new clients and expanding business from existing clients through 3-in-1 account penetration, account activation, and revenue generation via cross-selling and upselling of wealth and broking products.

Key Responsibilities

Business Acquisition & Sales


  • Acquire new-to-business (NTB) clients from the open market.
  • Grow existing-to-business (ETB) clients by increasing product penetration.
  • Drive sales of 3-in-1 accounts (Trading, Demat & Bank).

Account Activation


  • Ensure timely trade activation of newly sourced accounts.
  • Follow up with clients to promote regular trading and engagement.

Revenue Generation


  • Drive revenue through in-house wealth products and distribution products.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining productivity.

Product Visibility & Market Coverage


  • Promote company offerings across the assigned geography.
  • Build strong market presence through client interactions and referrals.

Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as a single point of contact for client investment and broking needs.

Educational Qualification


  • MBA / Post Graduation preferred (Sales, Marketing, Finance)

Experience


  • Experience in sales, business acquisition, wealth broking, BFSI, or financial services preferred.
  • Exposure to open market sales and client handling is an advantage.
