Executive Assistant,

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Director’s daily schedule, meetings & reminders

Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication

Coordinate and follow up with internal departments (production, accounts, sales, warehouse)

Prepare reports, Excel sheets, and basic MIS

Maintain office documents, files, and records

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and visitors

Manage travel bookings (train/flight tickets, hotel bookings, itineraries)

Assist in meeting arrangements and visit coordination

Ensure timely task completion and regular updates to management

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate preferred

Minimum 2 years experience as EA / PA / Admin Executive

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email

Strong follow-up, coordination & time management skills
