Job Summary:

The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the production process to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost- efficiency goals. The candidate should be able to coordinate with vendors, should poses good management skills, be able to read drawings and update with all the factory production work. Able to coordinate with the office and factory. Should be aware of what all is happening at the site.

Roles and Responsibilities –

•Strong leadership and team management skills

•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.

•Identifying deficiencies in the production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance.

•Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the production team.

•Investigates and resolves work-in-process problems that arise in functional areas or sites.

•To ensure within Operations, continuous improvement of product quality, performance, process and safe production environment.

•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to address any performance gaps.

•Manage and supervise all job works at the manufacturing facility.
