Job Description

  • Generate new business leads and develop new customers in assigned territory
  • Promote and sell construction chemical products like Epoxy Adhesives, Waterproofing, Tile Adhesives, Grouts, PU/Epoxy Flooring, Repair Mortars
  • Meet builders, contractors, architects, consultants, engineers, applicators, and dealers regularly
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the company
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site trials, and technical discussions at project sites
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, payments, and order execution
  • Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in the assigned area
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
  • Collect market intelligence (competitor activity, pricing, new projects) and report to management
  • Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding dues
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, product launches, and promotional activities
