Experience: 2-3 years in the Retail Industry 

Salary: Upto ₹40,000  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing whole showroom

• Responsible for staff as well as product handling

• Responsible for display of products

• Promoting the sales & counter sales

• Responsible to manage people & grooming of staff

• Team motivation.

• Interacting with customers & provide solutions

• Handling customer queries and providing solutions

• Should be highly motivated & result oriented

• Ensure sales and customer interaction

• Assisting the customers in making purchase decision

• Achieving sales target. 

• Daily monitoring of sales target.

• Stock replenishment

• Discount Control

• Walk in monitoring

• Market information

• Shrinkage prevention

• Stock ageing & liquidation proposal.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role in the Retail, Automobile industry. 

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

- Knowledge of Retail products, market trends, and customer preferences. 

- Ability to handle targets, work under pressure, and motivate the team. 

- Graduation Mandatory; additional certification in retail management is a plus.
