Role Summary: Are you a fresh engineering graduate who loves hands-on building and inspiring the next generation? As an I-KIT Lab Instructor, you will manage a STEAM lab within a school, guiding students through the exciting world of Robotics, Mechatronics, and AI. You will be the bridge between complex engineering concepts and curious young minds.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Deliver high-energy STEAM lessons and Project-Based Learning (PBL) activities to students (Grades 3-12).

• Student Engagement: Spark curiosity by leading engaging activities on themes like Mechatronics, AI, and IoT.

• Hands-on Building: Implement daily projects involving Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math.

• Innovation Mentoring: Guide students through the "Idea to Prototype" journey, helping them enter innovation programs and competitions.

• Lab Management: Ensure the I-KIT Lab remains a safe, organized, and inspiring environment.

• Model Development: Collaborate with the R&D Mentors to implement new models and activities for Deep Learning.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or CS (Preferred).

• Technical Interest: Passion for Mechatronics, Robotics, and DIY electronics (Arduino, sensors, etc.).

• Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, fun, and engaging way to school children.

• Mindset: Patient, creative, and eager to learn new technologies.
