Mobile Repair Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Mobile Repair Engineer for Samsung Service Center, Mahua. The candidate should have good knowledge of mobile hardware and software repairing along with basic computer knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner and willing to work in a professional service environment.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mobile phone hardware and software issues

Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of devices

Handle customer devices carefully and ensure proper repair

Follow service center procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Good knowledge of mobile repairing (Hardware & Software)

Basic computer knowledge

Fast learner with a positive attitude

Knowledge of flashing software and repair tools will be an advantage

Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in mobile repairing will be preferred.
