Outcomes and Accountabilities

1.       

High Quality of Service, delivering

specialized services (skin, hair, and B-Line treatments) as well as regular

beauty services (threading, bleaching, and waxing) as per SOPs.

2.       

Client Consultation advice on skincare, and

promotion of appropriate beauty packages and products.

3.       

Client Referrals by identifying skin/hair

issues and referring clients to appropriate experts.

4.       

Hygiene and Equipment Maintenance by

ensuring tools & equipment are sterilized and well-maintained.

Expertise with proficiency in skin and beauty treatments.

Interaction enabled with excellent communication skills for advising and

consulting with clients.

Acumen to soft sell beauty packages and products.

Responsibilities

Perform

Beauty Treatments

1.       

Execute

specialized skin, hair, and B-Line treatments, and regular beauty services

like threading, bleaching, and waxing.

Client

Consultation and Sales

1.       

Provide

skincare advice and soft sell beauty packages and products. Upsell as per

need and cross sell into Derma and Slimming as per need.

Hygiene

and Maintenance

1.       

Sterilize

and maintain equipment, organize raw ingredients, and handle beauty tools

responsibly.

Client

Referrals

1.       

Recognize

and refer clients with skin/hair issues to the appropriate experts.

Administrative

Tasks

1.       

Schedule

appointments, maintain beauty records, and generate required reports.

Continuous

Improvement

1.       

Attend

staff and training meetings, upgrade skills, and multitask as needed.

2.       

To be responsible to pass on any lost and

found items immediately to the Centre Head.

to Beauty Head / Assistant Beauty Head

Experience and Education

Basic Training in Beauty & Hair/Diploma

in Beauty/Skin Treatments, with a minimum experience of 3-4 years in a

similar industry. Willing to work in shifts, accept additional

responsibilities, and be comfortable with transfers.
