Draughtsman

We are looking for a skilled **AutoCAD Draftsman** who can prepare detailed working drawings for **interior and architectural projects**. The candidate should be able to work on **electrical, plumbing, landscape, and master planning drawings** with accuracy and speed.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare **interior working drawings** including layouts, sections, and detailed drawings.

* Develop **architectural working drawings** for residential and commercial projects.

* Create **electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings** with proper annotations and dimensions.

* Prepare **furniture details, joinery details, and material specifications drawings**.

* Develop **landscape drawings** and **master planning layouts**.

* Coordinate with architects, designers, and site engineers for drawing corrections and updates.

* Ensure drawings comply with project standards and timelines.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Minimum **1 year of experience** as an AutoCAD Draftsman.

* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (2D is mandatory, 3D is a plus).

* Knowledge of **architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing, and landscape drawings**.

* Ability to understand design concepts and convert them into detailed technical drawings.

* Good knowledge of **building construction detailing and working standards**.

### **Preferred Candidate Profile**

* ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.

* Experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects is a plus.

* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
