Accountant

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred

• Roles & Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
• Manage accounting data entry, vouchers, ledgers, and reconciliation
• Handle GST compliance:
• 
  
• GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
• GST returns filing and follow-up
• Manage TDS compliance:
• 
  
• TDS calculation, deduction, and payment
• Filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q)
• Issue Form 16 / 16A
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for company / individuals
• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Maintain accounts payable & receivable
• Assist in finalization of accounts and audit support
• Maintain statutory compliance and documentation
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws
• Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Tally
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
• Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting reports
• Good understanding of accounting standards
• Accuracy, attention to detail & deadline-oriented
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in handling multiple statutory compliances
• Exposure to construction / infra / trading / manufacturing (if applicable)
