Job Title: Academic Counsellor (Sales & Growth Role)


Mode of Work: Work From Home


Compensation Structure

  • Incentive-based compensation initially (minimum 25K can be earned per month)

Experience

Role Overview

We are building a high-performance academic sales team for a fast-scaling startup. This is not a routine counselling job. It is a results-driven role meant for people who can handle pressure, take ownership, and grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academic counselling with a strong sales orientation
  • Lead handling, follow-ups, and long-term pipeline management
  • Webinar-related sales support including:
  • Webinar group administration
  • Webinar promotion
  • Customer coordination and follow-ups
  • Working closely with the team to execute campaigns and scale systems
  • Maintaining discipline in reporting, follow-ups, and CRM processes


Performance Management (Important)

  • Constant performance evaluation based on OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)
  • Clear performance benchmarks and output expectations
  • Promotions, salary hikes, and role upgrades are strictly performance-driven
  • Underperformance is identified early and addressed directly
