Vegetarian Cook Dosa / Idli Master

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dosa / Idli Master to join our fast-growing South Indian vegetarian Quick Service Restaurant in Kozhikode. The candidate should be passionate about authentic tiffin preparation, capable of maintaining taste consistency, and able to perform efficiently during peak service hours. We welcome applications from across India who are experienced in Tamilian Vegetarian Food

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, and other South Indian tiffin items
• Ensure proper batter preparation, fermentation, and quality consistency
• Manage tawa operations and handle high-volume orders efficiently
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for chutney, sambar, and mise en place preparation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dosa/Idli Master or similar role
• Strong knowledge of batter fermentation and traditional preparation methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a disciplined and positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Food and accommodation provided
