💼 Job Role: We are looking for motivated Debt Recovery Agents with telecalling experience to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting customers and persuading them to clear their pending dues.

• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:📞 Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
• 💬 Communicate politely yet firmly to negotiate repayment
• 📝 Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• 📊 Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the company
• 🔄 Coordinate with the accounts/collection team for updates
• ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
• ✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• 👨‍💼👩‍💼 Both male and female candidates can apply
• 🧾 Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in debt recovery/telecalling
• 🗣️ Good communication and negotiation skills
• 💻 Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records
• 📍 Candidates from Chandigarh preferred
