Field Survey Supervisor

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our established plywood manufacturing and supply company, a trusted name in the industry for premium-quality plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in field-based sales environments and is passionate about building relationships with architects and interior designers. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding design professionals into the Century Program through direct engagement, leveraging both company-provided and personal databases. With a strong focus on client acquisition and conversion, this position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a growing organization while contributing to strategic market expansion. Candidates must be willing to work full-time in an on-site, field-based capacity, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person meetings with architects and interior designers to understand their project needs and annual design projections.
• Present and pitch the company’s product range, including plywood, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets.
• Convert client meetings into successful sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Maintain and grow a personal database of design professionals, supplementing company-aided leads.
• Travel regularly to client locations and manage field activities independently.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

RequirementsRequirements:

• English-speaking proficiency with English-medium education from Class 1 to Class 10.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and access to a personal two-wheeler.
• Proficient in using mobile devices, social media platforms, and mobile applications.
• Demonstrated logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
• Willingness to work full-time (8–9 hours daily) in an on-field, non-hybrid, non-remote environment.
• Minimum 1+ year of field sales experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Female and male candidates are equally encouraged to apply.
• Work experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
