Job Description
Basic Requirements (Bulk Hiring – Non-ITI):
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, MBA, etc.)
- 0–3 years experience in bulk / mass hiring
- Experience in hiring non-ITI candidates (Freshers & experienced)
- Strong sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs & walk-ins
- Ability to manage high-volume calling and closures
- Target-driven approach with daily & monthly hiring goals
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for MIS & tracking
- Able to work under pressure with strict timelines
